Champagne Tours minibus not private

Our expert of Rheims will drive you to a small producer of Champagne where you’ll be able to buy bottles at reasonable price!
Then you will get to visit the famous Cathedral where many kings were crowned.
In the afternoon, our guide will drive you to one of the most famous Champagne House in the world (Veuve Cliquot, Pommery,...)

During this one day change of scene,

• 7.30am - You will be picked up at your apartment/hotel

• 10.30am - Meet a wine grower
Discover the Champagne vineyard. Once in the vineyard, the guide will describe the Champagne soil, the three main grape varieties, the wines throughout the seasons from pruning in winter to ripening and harvest in autumn.
The visit of the small producer will be followed by a Champagne tasting.

• 12.30pm - Traditional French Lunch in a restaurant

• 2pm - Visit of the Reims Cathedral, a gothic masterpiece where the kings of France were crowned.

• 3.30pm - Visit of a famous Champagne cellar
Guided tour of one of a famous Champagne producer (Veuve Cliquot, Ruinart,...) and its underground chalk cellar.
You will discover the wine making process, from grape to Champagne.
A glass of Champagne will be served at the end of the Tour.

• 5.30pm - Leave Reims to be back to Paris around 8pm.
